The Role 

 

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.

This time, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant (In-Store) who will be working with Scott and the Team in our ­­Jermyn Street Store.

The contract for for 32 hours - plus overtime when available.

 

What you will be doing

 

As a Store Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact in store for all phone calls, customer communication and managing the customer aftercare experience. You will take ownership for all customer collections and alterations, which will include liaising with key departments and at times, external partners to support the store. Not only this, but you will work with the Store Management team with looking after the non-selling areas of the store, and at times, you may be expected to carry out duties and tasks associated with a Sales Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the store.

 

What we are looking for 

 

Experience of handing customer queries and complaints to a high standard is a necessity for this role. Whilst you don’t need previous retail experience, you will need to be comfortable working in a busy store environment. Ultimately, it’s your ability to quickly build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service that will make you a success in this role.

Once upon a shirt, Nicholas Charles Tyrwhitt Wheeler (whilst studying Geography at Bristol University – we might add) had the notion that he could make a better shirt at better value than anyone else in the world!
