Across the pond, we are right in the core of the Big Apple! Located on Lexington and 41st, our New York Office is the hub for our North American business. Our teams on the ground oversee localized Retail, Human Resources and Marketing functions.

Our stores are cleverly designed to make it easy for our retail teams and naturally to make it easy for men to dress well too! They make the most of existing architecture and feature vintage furniture, ornaments and somewhat unexpectedly - neon signage!
Our award-winning Contact Centre is based at our Milton Keynes distribution centre. It’s a bright, colourful, open plan space; fitted with state of the art communication equipment.
We have a huge canteen where Tyrwhitteers can relax and unwind in their down time. For those that like to keep active during their breaks, we also have a games space, where there always seems to be a game of ultra competitive table tennis on the go!
The distribution centre is CT’s Engine room. It is a 130,000 square foot goliath into which we receive a millions of items of stock, which is then quality controlled, sorted, stored and finally distributed to stores and customers around the world.
We fulfil over 2 million orders direct to worldwide customers from the Distribution Centre each year. It's a huge operation with many moving parts and a real hive of activity on any given day!
