Our Distribution and award-winning Contact Centre (or CT:MK as it's more commonly known) is, as the name suggests, based in Milton Keynes!

The distribution centre is CT’s Engine room. It is a 130,000 square foot goliath into which we receive millions of items of stock and it'soperational from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

Our Milton Keynes Contact Centre is home to our amazing customer service team and they operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Impressive huh! In addition to our team on the ground, a small number of our customer service colleagues work out of our London Head Office and we also have colleagues that work from home full time.

CT:MK is easily accessible from Milton Keynes or Bletchley train stations and we have plenty of parking onsite too, for those that wish to drive to work. 

Our Contact Centre is a bright, colourful, open plan space; fitted with state of the art communication equipment. We have cosy breakout areas for down time and games spaces for those who like to be active in their break times… there’s always a table tennis tournament on the go. 

We truly believe that our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the very best in the business. We purposefully seek out only the friendliest people to join these teams. They manage thousands of calls, emails and online chats each week; from customers all around the world. Our CSRs really care and they do all they can to ensure expectations are exceeded.

We have a team dedicated to ensuring CSRs have current and thorough product knowledge, a team for continuous improvement of our customer handling and a team of scheduling experts anticipating and planning for peaks and spikes in customer contact. It’s a serious operation!

The folk in this team know how to have fun; they have a social committee who are forever dreaming up ways to let their hair down, everyone gets involved and they share the fun in their own social media group!

We fulfil over 2 million orders direct to worldwide customers from the Distribution Centre each year… a huge operation and a constant hive of activity!​

Though our processes and systems are highly automated with state of the art machinery, it’s our committed Warehouse Colleagues and Leaders who keep everything moving along swiftly and smoothly. We also have a tailoring department here. They are responsible for over 430,000 alterations for customers annually. CT’s product standards are sky high and the same is true for our people… only the very best tailors “make the cut”!  

Health and Safety is our number one priority on-site, but we still make sure the Distribution Centre is a fun and engaging place to work. We like to have a good time, sunny lunch breaks often see us down tools for a kickabout or an ice-cream on the deliveries forecourt!​
