Job Title: Customer Service Desk Representative
Reports To: Store Manager
Department: Retail
Location: Jermyn Street
Shift: 32 hours per week, plus overtime when available. You must be able to work weekends and have some flexibility to work early or late shifts during the week. The store trading hours are 10am to 7pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sundays.
Role Summary:
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Desk Representative is to represent our brand, providing our valued customers with consistently effortless experience that inspire confidence and trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking up calls and managing the phones and customer communication
* Customer collection and alteration management
* Liaising with key departments to aid the store
* Admin responsibilities
* 1st point of contact for customers calling in
* Looking after the Non-selling areas of the store
* Customer aftercare
* Sales Assistant responsibilities when required
Experience Required
* Experience of handling customer queries and complaints to a high standard
* Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
* Must be well groomed and well presented at all times
Technical Skills
* Tailoring experience an advantage but not essential
