Department: Design (Wider Marketing Function)

 

Location: Head Office, Cottons Centre, London Bridge

 

Role Summary:

 

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. The primary purpose of the Artworker is to produce and deliver printed marketing materials in line with print production schedule and marketing briefs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

*       Produce and deliver printed marketing materials in line with print production schedule and marketing briefs

*       Work closely with the broader creative team, aligning with design templates and brand guidelines.

*       Prepare ‘press ready’ artwork, taking into consideration print particulars.

*       Implement and develop digital production tools and technology.

*       Ensure the accuracy and consistency of artwork across multiple campaigns and territories.

*       Support the Studio Manager in day to day tasks throughout the season.

*       Ensure creative consistency is adhered to from hand over of design all the way through to print.

*       Plan and manage the workload passing through the Artworking team.

*       Take ownership of your outputted work, taking on feedback from key stakeholders

*       Seasonally review processes and improve if needed, with all key stakeholders considered.

 

Person Specification:

 

Experience Required

*       Solid art working experience and knowledge of print production.

*       Experience in co-ordinating projects across different departments.

*       Experience working in a multi-channel retail environment.

*       An understanding of the German language is preferable.

*       Experience in a fashion-based environment is preferable.
